Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can start a return up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate the return process, kindly contact us at info@myevbuilds.co.uk.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. In case of any damage, promptly reach out to us, and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Return Postage:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds on Return:

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
